How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply click the ‘Add to cart‘ button next to the product, and the item will automatically be added to your cart (your virtual shopping basket). You can view the items in your cart at any time by clicking on the ‘My cart‘ link up in the top right. When you’re ready to make your order, you should take the time to review your cart. Once you are happy that all’s present and correct, please click ‘Proceed to checkout‘ to finalise your order.

At the Checkout, you’ll be asked to fill out your billing address and shipping address. These are the same address by default, but you can add a different shipping address by un-checking the ‘Ship to billing address?‘ box on the right-hand side of the screen. Postage & packaging costs will also be calculated at this stage. We have one standard rate for UK shipping (£3.00), and one standard rate for all orders outside the UK (£4.90).

Once you’ve filled out your shipping details, you will need to accept our Terms & Conditions by checking the box on the bottom right of your screen, then click ‘Place order‘. You will then be taken to a secure PayPal payment gateway to complete the transaction. Here you can sign in with your PayPal account, otherwise simply click the ‘Don’t have a PayPal account?’ link, and settle up with your credit or debit card.

Once you’ve completed the PayPal process, you will receive an email from us to confirm that we have received the order, then a second email (up to 2 working days later) to confirm that your order has been dispatched. PayPal will also issue you with a receipt of the transaction.

All transactions are processed in UK Pounds (£).

Do you sell framed prints?
Unfortunately, we don’t sell framed prints at this stage. However, our prints are sized to fit many standard A3 frames. We very much recommend IKEA’s Ribba frame (320x420mm) – they’re a bargain at £6 and fit our prints perfectly. These are the frames we’ve used in the display shots on the website.

Do you ship internationally?
We do indeed! See ‘How do I place an order?‘ for shipping costs.

How are products packaged?
We take care to ensure that all of our products arrive in perfect condition. Our prints are wrapped in tissue paper, then snugly packed in durable cardboard mailing tubes.

What about my receipt?
We don’t pack a hard copy of your receipt. Your receipt will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed.

How will my order be delivered?
We do our best to ensure all products are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order (Monday-Friday). If for some reason we can’t dispatch an order within 48 hours, we’ll be sure to email you to let you know when the order will be shipped. Depending on where you are, your order will be dispatched using either Royal Mail First Class  (within the UK), or Royal Mail Airmail (outside of the UK).

Within the UK: Royal Mail First Class 
This service typically takes 1-2 working days from dispatch. Please note, the delivery times are an estimate only and are not guaranteed by Keswick General Store or the Royal Mail.

Outside of the UK: Royal Mail Airmail
This service typically takes 5-10 working days for customers in Europe, and 7-14 working days for the rest of the world. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Please note, the delivery times are an estimate only and are not guaranteed by Keswick General Store or the Royal Mail.

My order arrived damaged, can you help?
We take great care to ensure all products are posted in mint condition, but if in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. In most cases we will be able to send out a replacement right away.

Can I return or exchange a product?
If you’re not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 10 days and return the item in its original packaging and condition within 30 days and we’ll be happy to issue you with a refund (or exchange if preferred).
