If you’re not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 10 days and return the item in its original packaging and condition within 30 days and we’ll be happy to issue you with a refund (or exchange if preferred). In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. In most cases we will be able to send out a replacement right away.
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours (Mon-Fri). If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you notify us and request a cancellation before your order is shipped, we will happily process a full refund. If you request to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, we will be unable to process a refund until the item has been returned to us. Once we receive the item, we’ll process a refund for the cost of the item, but we will not be able to refund the postage and packaging costs paid.
Products are displayed as clearly and accurately as possible in the images shown on each individual product page. Colours are displayed slightly differently on all screens, so as a result, we cannot guarantee that the colours shown on your screen while viewing our website will be 100% true to that of the print. That said, we’ve done our darndest to ensure the colours represented on our site are as true to the products as possible.
Delivery & Shipping
We don’t profit from postage costs. You pay the actual cost of postage and packaging with no added extras.
We do our best to ensure all products are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order (Monday-Friday). If for some reason we can’t dispatch an order within 48 hours, we’ll be sure to email you to let you know when the order will be shipped. Depending on where you are, your order will be dispatched using either Royal Mail First Class (within the UK), or Royal Mail Airmail (outside of the UK).
Within the UK: Royal Mail First Class
This service typically takes 1-2 working days from dispatch. We are happy to resend packages which have been returned to us, however we ask the customer to pay the additional postage incurred in resending the package. Outside of the UK: Royal Mail Airmail
This service typically takes 5-10 working days for customers in Europe, and 7-14 working days for the rest of the world. This service does not require a signature upon delivery and is not trackable. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. Please note, the delivery times are an estimate only and are not guaranteed by Keswick General Store or the Royal Mail.
